Our online training record management software not only tracks and manages training records and certificates for courses completed through our LMS, but it also stores, tracks, and reports on training completed in the classroom, in the field, or on another system!
Using a convenient Excel upload feature, within minutes you can create hundreds of user accounts and upload thousands of training records. Once uploaded, you can sort the records by first name, last name, course title, training provider, completion date, or expiry date. You can even upload copies of training certificates for each training record.
TRAINING MATRIX
Our advanced Training Matrix feature allows you to quickly and easily customize training for each role and location in your company. All you have to do is enter a list of unique company roles (e.g. Driver) and a list of required training topics (e.g. WHMIS 2015 and TDG). Our Training Management Software uses this information to automatically generate a training matrix for your company. To assign training to roles, simply click on the boxes where the role and required training intersect. It’s that easy!
Want to set training requirements not only by role but by location as well? No problem. Our Training Management System allows you to drill down into your company to customize training requirements by location in addition to role. So even if, for instance, drivers in one location need long haul training but drivers in other locations don’t, our system can handle it.
Want to stipulate which courses you will accept for each training topic? We have you covered! Enter the training topic (e.g. First Aid), then choose which training provider (e.g. ABC Inc.) and format (e.g. classroom) you will accept. Only training that meets these requirements will be accepted.
Our cloud-based employee tracking management software will also automate notifications for expiring courses to workers, managers, and system administrators. This way, everyone knows where each department, region, or location stands in terms of compliance for their training requirements.

VIRTUAL EXAM PROCTORING
As the user’s webcam records the session, the software monitors for any deceptive behaviour displayed during the session. Deceptive behaviour is then flagged. Examples of deceptive behaviour include users placing images in front of the camera or switching participants after showing their ID. In monitoring and flagging these types of behaviour, virtual proctoring can help you identify and prevent unethical behaviour before it occurs on site. As the statistics below show, 6.4% of participants were flagged during virtual proctoring sessions due to not following the outlined session rules and/or deceptive behaviour.

Digital Forms

Keeping physical tickets and paper records of training is not only inconvenient for employers and workers alike, it’s costly and time consuming. SafeTapp removes the bulk from your wallet and transfers everything onto your phone or tablet with a simple tap.
As you receive more training and more tickets, uploading everything onto SafeTapp is as easy as snapping a picture. Using the certificate uploader, all you need to do is fill in some basic information, upload a picture of your ticket, and then everything is instantly stored on your device.
SYNCHRONIZE RECORDS
With SafeTapp, you can rest assured that all your records are up-to-date and accurate. Newly completed training in BIStrainer will sync with the app, and your tickets uploaded into SafeTapp will instantly sync with the system. As records are validated, verified, or expire in BIStrainer, they update in SafeTapp, so employers never have to question the accuracy of your records.
By tapping the QR codes on your certificates, you can monitor the status of your record verification on the go. You can check if your records are verified, in the process of verification, expiring soon, or already expired.
DIGITAL VERIFICATION
Using QR code technology, you can verify employee records in seconds. Scanning the QR code on a ticket will instantly show you the status of that record, including the certificate number, completion date, expiry date, pass mark, and ID verification status. Additionally, you can equip your employees with badges containing QR codes and scan those, instantly showing you a complete list of that employee’s training records.
When QR codes aren’t readily accessible to you, manual verification is. Using either certificate number or user ID, you can pull up a complete list of that employee’s training, then click into each record for more information and copies of the certificates.
