Orders are shipped within Canada. Shipping rates and available carriers are shown at checkout based on your shipping address and order contents. Why drive to the big box stores to find they don't have what you need? Order online and we ship it right to you.
Returns
If something isn't right with your order, contact us at info@hindssafety.ca or (403) 408-7233 and we will work to make it right. Personal protective equipment must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.
Training Courses
Online training courses are non-refundable once the course has been started. If you have not yet started a purchased course, contact us to discuss your options.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will sort it out.
